When you submit, your request is sent to chauffeur operators in your city who offer the service type and vehicle you asked for. We don't blast every company — we route to the ones who can actually help.
We personally onboard every operator who joins our network. That means no random Google results, no listings we haven't spoken to ourselves. It's a small network by design, and we'd rather grow slowly than fill it with names we can't stand behind.
Operators Contact You Directly
A matched operator will contact you directly by phone or email to:

You Book Directly With the Operator
Once you are satisfied with a quote, you book directly with the limo company. Payment arrangements are made with the operator — BookAChauffeur does not handle payments, does not charge booking fees, and is not involved in the financial transaction between you and the limo company.
Most operators accept credit card, e-transfer, and corporate purchase orders. Payment terms are confirmed at booking.
Your Chauffeur Arrives
On your travel day, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed location at the agreed time — professionally presented and ready to provide the service you booked. For airport pickups, many operators offer flight tracking and will adjust pickup automatically for delays — confirm this directly with your chosen operator when they quote you.
