These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BookAChauffeur.ca (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What BookAChauffeur.ca is

BookAChauffeur.ca is a lead-matching platform. We do not own or operate vehicles, and we do not provide transportation services. When you submit a quote request, we forward your request to one or more licensed limousine or chauffeur operators ("Operators") who may contact you with a quote or confirmation. Any transportation contract is formed directly between you and the Operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province) and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a quote request
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to harass, spam, or misrepresent your identity
• Communicate in good faith with Operators who contact you

4. Operator services

Operators listed on or matched through the Site are independent businesses. We take reasonable steps to verify that Operators are licensed and insured, but we do not guarantee:

• The availability, pricing, quality, or safety of any Operator's services
• That an Operator will accept your request or provide a quote
• The accuracy of any information provided to you by an Operator

Any dispute arising from the transportation service itself is between you and the Operator.

5. Fees

Use of the Site to request quotes is free for riders. Operators may pay us a fee for lead referrals, but this does not affect the price they quote you.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by BookAChauffeur.ca or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookAChauffeur.ca and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or any Operator's services. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to CAD $100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookAChauffeur.ca from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.
