Operating on this platform comes with obligations.
BookAChauffeur is a Canadian platform. Riders consent to be contacted by matched operators only — and that consent has limits. Before any operator receives a lead, they sign an Operator Agreement that locks in the rules below.
Every email or SMS you send a BAC-introduced rider must include your legal business name, mailing address, and a working contact method. No exceptions — this is the bare minimum CASL §6 requires.
A one-click unsubscribe link or reply-to address that stays live for at least 60 days. Unsubscribe requests honoured within 10 business days. Records kept for three years.
The rider consented to be contacted about that specific quote request. No newsletter add-ons. No future marketing without separate express consent that you capture yourself.
No reselling. No sharing with third parties. No importing into a marketing CRM. The data is yours to fulfil the trip — nothing else.
If rider data you hold is ever lost, leaked, or accessed by someone who shouldn't have it, you tell us within 72 hours so we can meet our PIPEDA breach-notification obligations.
Two substantiated rider complaints in 90 days, a CRTC or Privacy Commissioner notice, or a documented agreement breach — your access is suspended without refund. We mean it.
We do this so the platform stays clean for riders and so you stay out of trouble with the CRTC. The Operator Agreement covers all of the above plus indemnity, suspension, and data-handling specifics — we share it during the onboarding call.

The leads you can expect.
Riders submit quotes through the standard service categories on the site: airport transfers, wedding chauffeurs, corporate transport, limo bookings, party buses, wine tour chauffeurs, prom limos, black car service, and broader private chauffeur jobs. During onboarding you select which categories and cities you want leads in — we only send what matches your declared profile.
